I was charged for an extra fry and drink. When i asked about a refund, i was told “it’s gonna take a few days so just go on bout yo day”. wasn’t very professional and classy.

I am personally a huge chick-fil-a fan. I eat there for breakfast and lunch almost daily. I'm not a very picky customer and I've never given a negative review before but this was honestly the worst experience I've had at a chick-fil-a. I ordered a number one deluxe with a large sweet tea. The deluxe sandwich was not very good, it didn't taste very fresh. The tea was awful.

They constantly run out of basic things like straws, lemonade, and most importantly the WAFFLE FRIES!!! What self-respecting chick fil a runs out of waffle fries?! What are they gonna say they ran out of next? Chicken?!?!
