Ordered the trio fajitas and the chicken came out cold telling me they don't know how to use microwave and cold rice and hard tortillas and so I just used the kios and paid for it and put in review how many problems we had but we won't be back so if you want hot food then they are not your place to go to !! Waitress didn't even know we left at all

I ordered out this time. Quick note on the store, make sure you bring a jacket, it feels like the thermostat has been broken for a while now and stuck on 'freeze'em out'. I hadn't been in there for some time now (6 mos) but thats what it was. Other than that, its amazing. I ordered the black bean burger, it was freaking awesome. Definately will be back to the restaurant and will definately order that burger again, they do a great job! Enjoyed an old timer hamburger and fries, a bowl of the amazing potato soup and their wonderful strawberry lemonade! Finished off this birthday luncheon with the complimentary skillet chocolate chip cookie! Just can't beat it...

Had an issue with my order that was never addressed. Said they would take care of it and come back to make it right. Carmen basically laughed at my experience and told me to go make a complaint online.
Restaurant was very clean and food was hot and fresh. I didn't catch ny server's name, but she was excellent! This Chili's has really turned around. Keep up the great work; it is noticed!

Ordered chips and salsa. Salsa was like watered down tomato sauce. No salsa ingredients could be found. Asked our waiter if they had better. He went to the kitchen and told us "no and people had been complaining about it all day". Didn't offer us anything to replace it. The chips were also weird. Bad food all around.
