The take out staff (male) was very pleasant and attentive. Food was given a 4 star due to the size of each nachos. This was a half order, cost approx $11. I've had 1/2 orders of nachos at other locations and each individual nacho was much larger. Guacamole, Sour cream and pica on the side.

First time at Chipotle. We let the server know we were new and to talk us through...he was like (Whatever?) Anyway, the extra charge for my wife's Guacamole and cheese...was misleading on the menu...it states (EXTRAS; Guacamole $2.70, Cheese $1.70)..she of course assumed it as if you wanted extra...not regular. Anyway, the food was not fresh (like the commercials)..the commercials are GREAT, and it looks great...There was little flavor in the carne asada, and the workers did not seem very friendly to us (cashier was nice and smiled), the manager was not people friendly to us...all in all $37 for two meals, a small drink, and a 3oz bag of chips..We were very dis-satisfied with the lack of cleanliness of the floors and tables (1pm ish) on a Saturday. Again, the value for what we spent was not there...but we thought the food in the commercials looked so good.
I average 2 mobile orders a week, between this location and the Port Arthur Location. I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER AT THIS LOCATION ON EVERY ORDER. I HAVE LOST ALL FAITH IN THIS BRANCH AND WILL NOT RETURN.Parking: Small parking lot.

I usually love this location. I’ve had a few bad experiences but not enough to change my review from 4 years ago, until today. 12/28/23. The burrito is legit cold. Not even sure how that happens. The rice and beans are hard and the tortilla is stale. I’ve been craving Chipotle for a week and I finally got it and I’m so disappointed.

Caught food poisoning from this location after only being my 2nd time visiting!! Will be pursuing judicially as I will be forced to miss work for 5he next couple of days!! Tried to call to properly inform them of the possible bacteria issue. No one answered and I was unable to reach anyone so I have taken the matter in my own hands as this is UNACCEPTABLE. NO reason people should be getting sick from your food as often as they do!!
