We had a great time and food was great but no one was there to stamp our family when we arrived and no one was there when we walked out to check us when we were leaving. We were asked by 2 “homeless” men for money outside in the parking lot.On top of that, this man in the picture, was outside when we walked in the door. He was in and out of Chuck E Cheese while we were there (over 2 hours). He would stare awkwardly and even went in to use the restrooms. WATCH YOUR KIDS!!! And ladies be careful, don’t go in the restroom alone. When he saw that we were leaving he went outside and was right outside the door begging for money. It didn’t feel safe while we were there.

I have enjoyed this place since the first time, in Houston, probably three decades ago. Of course, it has changed over the years, but it's still a fun place to go with good memories, and for the making of new ones. I did miss the old mechanical band that was on the stage, but things change.

Everything was great. My autistic nephew turned 12 and Dad and I threw him a birthday party there. There was lots to do and fun to be had. Even there was something for the grown ups to do. My family had a blast! I can't believe how cheap they are compared to Main Event in Beaumont but of course one is more geared towards kids than the other but still, I probably wouldn't take my kids to Main Event unless I wanted to spend a fortune. I only spent $48 for a family of 5 and played games for 2 whole hours. The staff really seemed unenthused to be there, and the person dressed up as Chucky just really couldn't "get into it". I think others would be better suited for the role. The specials at Chucky Cheeses are also good, inquire about them when you go or use their app!Kid-friendliness: Super cool for the kids, they had a blast even though the staff really seemed unenthused to be there, and the person dressed up as Chucky just really couldn't "get into it".
