Churches Texas chicken is very good. Their service is very fast. The food is hot then. Employees are very respectful and I would recommend anyone to go there and get chicken?Parking: They have great parking. No problem getting in and out.Wheelchair accessibility: It's very good for wheelchair accessibility. There's no problem on anybody with this wheelchair going there.

Let me tell you something if I take time out of my day to write a review, you know it’s real because I normally don’t care the lady with the long braids that look like dreads at the window has a very bad attitude makes you want to do something to her I don’t understand the attitude it’s not my fault that you work at churches then after waiting 20 minutes for my food, the chicken didn’t even seem fresh. It just seems like some old chicken that they re-dropped in the grease. I got no condiments like I asked all I got was attitude and dry old tasting food.
Very bad experience, it lasted 12 minutes in the drive-thru, no one spoke nor did they take the order, the manager came out to smoke, then she came in and another worker came out to smoke in the same place, I decided to leave.

Went there mainly for the honey glazed biscuits and I get home to find BARELY ANY HONEY GLAZE ON ALL 7 BISCUITS I drove from port arthur from these biscuits! On top of that the chicken was Skimpy hardly any meat and they forgot my jalapeño poppers!! The one in bridge city is FAR BETTER!!! I will never return to this churches!
It seems like it was cooked all the way through and I was able to digest it and release it. So it was fun fun fun

I HAVE WAITED ENTIRELY TOO LONG for service. They are VERY SLOW!

Horrible location. Customer service is non-existant. Ordered online. Arrived when we were supposed to and they said "we are out of chicken, it will be 9 minutes." Waited, at 15 minutes walked back up to the window and the woman who was first there was no longer anywhere to be found. Order was for white meat... "oh, we don't have any white meat. We can give you all wings or it will be 14 more minutes." Asked to just get a refund. Nope, we ordered through the app so the store can't do a refund. We would have to call on Monday.Still sitting here after arriving 35 minutes ago for a few pieces of mediocre fried chicken. They should have left this ridiculous franchisee in bankruptcy as they will be there again very, very soon. The number of people leaving pissed off is unbelievable. Stay away!!!!!
