Drive thru box needs updating so you can hear the employees better. It took awhile to get my first I've u ordered, at least 10min. But at least I know it's fresh. Chicken was great.

Horrible. Lady serve me some 8piece chicken that was hard as a rock. She did it on purpose because i pull up in drive thru no one answer the monitor or speaker for 15 min.So I pull up to window and knock on window and ask can someone please help me. I wait for 15 to 20 min and drive-thru only open lobby close at 7:00 smh horrible customer service

This Church's location has went completely down. Other days may be better but this particular day was pretty bad. The chicken was old, the chicken fried steak tasted freezer burnt and the kids that were employees were so unconcerned.
Always out of something. Have to wait until they cook the food just about every time. We usually go about 6 PM. No excuses to not have food

I like the Smokehouse chicken but I found out today that it's seasonal. The young lady who was very professional but really kind asked me if I wanted the Smokehouse anyway. I said do you have it ashe said, "No, but we can make it for you." I said wow yes! She said it would take 20 minutes and I said go ahead, hot Smokehouse chicken! She didn't have to do that but she did. Above and beyond definitely gets recognized! Thanks for ensuring I was a satisfied customer. Kudos!Side note: totally opposite attitude at the one off Calder across from the hospital. Thanks Churchs chicken on Hwy 105!!!!
