Takes forever to deliver. Phone app says my pizza has been on Quality Check for 30 mins then took another 30 mins to receive my pizza. Didn't give no explanation or apologies for the delay. Not the first time this has happened. Another time I waited an hour for my pizza and ended up calling to see what's taking so long. A lady answers and just says "yeah we don't have any drivers right now so we waiting." Once again no apologies. Could've at least called to let the customers know if there's going to be a delay. Just save yourself the trouble and buy microwaveable pizza or eat somewhere else.

Domino's can never get my toppings right. Initially I ordered a pizza and they forgot my toppings. They said they would redo it and I was actually feeling bad to make them redo is as there are barely any toppings of my choice on the pizza. But after redoing they completely messed my order and gave me a pizza with the toppings of their own choice. Instead of asking them to redo it I just took it and I can say I'm never stepping my foot to any Domino's store ever. This is the second store that I had to experience this mismatch of the toppings in pizza. There is no point in ordering the pizza from here. And they even don't know my complete order too. Worst experience.

Never in my life have I ever dealt with this situation in my life. On 03/14/24 my fiancé ordered 2 pizzas online. I showed up to pick up the order and come to find out the doors are locked. The people inside just completely ignore you. Mind you this is at 10:30pm (they close at 12) and already they’re not allowing customers unless it’s online orders only. A girl comes up to me waiting outside and tells me she’s been waiting and they too won’t let her inside. Also that another man has been waiting outside for 30 minutes for his pizza. Just wow, I’m completely flabbergasted by this treatment. We will never order from this dominos ever again. The only upside is this one guy who helped us out and only when I was able to catch him outside was able to get me my food.

I loved dominos pizza ? a lot. Every week I have at least one giant cheese and mushroom pizza. Location also very near to my house it takes only 10 minutes by walking. So it's also the reason for choosing Domino's pizza.

I ordered 2 pizzas and they both got damaged. Both had the tops smashed in on them and had the toppings sticking to the cardboard. I tried my best to just scrape it off but the wet cardboard came off with the cheese. The cheese dip was also burnt and nasty. I've tried to contact the store for 3 days now with no answer. I've submitted complaints to corporate with no responses. I've tweeted @Dominos and they replied telling me to submit a complaint so I did so once again just now.While I'm here leaving this review, I might as well let you know that nobody will greet you or even ask if you need anything when you walk in. They see you standing there at the counter and they just keep on working without any acknowledgement whatsoever, so I have to call them over to me, "excuse me, I'm here to pick up an order". It's ridiculous. At this point, I just want my money back or a brand new order from a different location.

My cheese dip wasn't dip, it was a thin layer of solid cheese, burnt to the bottom of the the pan. The pizza was also over done, lacked flavor and was dry, like they forgot the sauce, or it was dried up while cooking. Didn't have any tots available, waiting for refund for two I ordered. Ordered on the app, around 5:40 pm. Got my order in less than 30 minutes. Would have preferred to wait 45 minutes for better quality.
