This location is awesome! The manager and assistant manager really helped to make what was going to be a bad day great! Nothing that they had done, but another location did not make good on an order that was placed with them. Needless to say, this team “Made It Happen!” 16-20 large pizza’s made beautifully, dessert, and drinks! I just wish I could remember their names. (This review is late by 3 weeks) The order was for a local school and you fed some hungry students!! Thank you for being short staffed yet professional, rushed and considerate, and having a positive attitude while providing a great meal for so many. You really listened and that made my day so much better!! You guys ROCK!!

Came on New Years Eve and just passing throughout Gets 5 stars for being open and food being hot. Curbside was fast and easy. Friendly and smiling. Pizza was delicious thanks!

Always quick and ready pizza whenever you need to feed a family of four. Five star food service but honestly it's a Domino's atmosphere is going to be average 3/5.
I simply wanted to enjoy a nice Sunday evening with my family and order Domino's. We received the worst pizza/presentation ever. The thin crust pizza was burnt and overcooked. When I bit into the crust, it felt like I was eating chips or crackers. The pizza cinnamon twist looked pale and was undercooked with little to no cinnamon drizzle. The Buffalo wild wings looked raw with little Buffalo sauce we couldnt eat this food. Domino's should be embarrassed by giving this to anyone, especially because you see the food before you place the food in boxes. It's really sad and a waste of money. #proof is in the photos smh

I was told my order was not ready when I arrived. Sat for over 30 mins to find out it was ready and was never brought out to me as I requested.Later to drive home and the pizza was cold. Called back the next day and be handled roughly by the manager on duty. I was told with an attitude that if I would have called back last night they could have fixed it. But since I called back the next day all she could do was give me a free pizza. All while having an attitude and being rude. Never once apologized for servicing me cold and old pizza. I will be taking this higher up. You should never treat customers this way. Like it’s my fault bc I have received cold pizza

I read the reviews before coming to this location. The reviews were horrible, but Little Caesar's wasn't answering. I figured I would try anyway give them the benefit of the doubt. All the horrible reviews I read were justified. Lets just say it was my first and last time. I got home Pizza was old and dry. Wings were disgusting I literally wasted $20 dollars. Please do not count the One star. Its no Star at all!

I visit Domino's in Port Author on a regular basis. And tonight for the Game I decided to place an order here in Beaumont at this location.So I placed the order online because I had points for a free pizza and I made a mistake on the ingredients and do you know they charged me to make another one to replace the incorrect pizza.Everybody makes mistakes.The manager would not even help.I would not be visiting this location again. No help from staff and it is even worse when it's the Manger..
