The food is great and the restaurant is clean. The food is old style cooking and taste amazing. The bathroom is my only complaint, it doesnt seem the best and doesnt have a diaper changing table.

Called in my order. The wait12 mins. Pulled up 15 mins later to find my order never was put it in. The girl on the phone took my order just to take it. Regular customer that won't ever return or recommend them. Side are mediocre at best anyway.

I'm assuming mid afternoon is not the time to try this out for the first time. The side items were old and dried out. There was a limited amount of meat. It's a chicken buffet but there was a 20 minute wait for chicken. It wasn't busy. Less than 10 people and a few take outs.

Food was horrible, presentation on the line looked as if hosted homeless shelter resident..cold, hard, picked through, and given flimsy paper plate to use...dessert were equally horrible and .. this is my 1st time ever writing a review

Good, fresh food with plenty of healthy options on the buffet like baked chicken and green veggies. Fried chicken is really good, you can tell they filter/clean their frying oil properly. Highly recommend the dirty rice, sweet potatoes and cabbage.

My wife and I are always attracted to any Hartz Chicken because of the quality of the chicken and most sides. I brag on Hartz because it is a fried chicken buffet! Most people never heard of such a thing in the world of fried chicken in a bucket for above $25! My wife cannot eat a lot of fried chicken because of the indigestion she gets from old cooking oil, but that never happens at Hartz. The only thing I would caution you about is... don't hurt yourself! It is easy for me to overeat at a good buffet. The building is old in an older part of Beaumont, but as for us- who cares?
