The wait staff was very nice. The place was clean. The food was terrible. I ordered eggs Benedict. It was not cooked as described on the menu. Poached eggs were hard boiled, black Forrest ham was thick country ham, and English muffin was not toasted.

Came in for breakfast with my family and not only were the employees fighting and arguing but we were welcomed by another staff member which was great but the fighting among coworkers was horrible. The food was good but seemed to have been sitting out until our waitress decided to go pick it up and bring it to us. The place is very small so be ready to be cramped in there. Other than that the food was good and the shakes were delicious. ?

First to dine in people came in after and got served first waiter was impatient and food was not to great restaurant was dirty leftover food on tables don’t reccomend

First off, the restaurant is old, smelly, and run-down. The customer service is HORRIBLE. Nobody will even greet you or even nod when you walk in. They all just sat there and stared until I said "I have a mobile order?" The cook was behind the grill eating on something, while handling people's food (gross). Nobody had gloves on. The host or no one standing around even said "thank you" or "have a good one" on the way out. Got on the highway and immediately noticed My Bacon Biscuit was disgusting and only had 1 slice of bacon on the whole thing. I also paid for American cheese, and it had none. So it was just a big dry biscuit with eggs and half of one slice of bacon. The biscuit is also as big as a burger. So imagine that. Anyway, the eggs were not even scrambled. I had driven way too far to even return the food back to the store. The only reason I didn't turn around and go make a big deal, was because I redeemed my pancoins(points) for the meal, and only paid out of pocket for the slice of cheese. Otherwise, I would've had to go and cut up had I paid money for the entire meal, especially by it being 10.99...for a big dry biscuit, with one half a strip of bacon (that was folded to look like 2 strips) and hashbrowns. Maybe the cook ate the other piece while he was back there chewing. Never again...
Time to start using our Xmas gift cards and we began yesterday with one from IHOP. There are probably 2 or 3 locations in our area and we opted for the Beaumont location which is partially hidden near Parkdale Mall. We were in no hurry after the normal lunch rush sitting out a rain storm that was moving in. Friendly gal was our waitress and my wife and I both opted for a senior deal comfort food or so we hoped. We had the longest wait though and my wife and I kept giving each other the hairy eyeball, but eventually the food came. Might've been 20-30 minutes, however. But long story short the roast turkey, green beans, and fries I had were suprisingly delicious and I highly recommend this place after the rocky start. Some things are just worth waiting for! The thin sliced turkey was drenched in gravy and just incredible. Who knew IHOP was more than just waffles and pancakes?

IHOP is wonderfully consistent. Our server was attentive and pleasant. I wouldn't call this 'fine dining', but it isn't meant to be. It's there when you need it, and you can count on the food to be the same as nearly every location.
