Said they didn't serve thin mint girl scout shake. Then realized they did when I pointed out the sign then they give me a brown shake and tell me the green one in the picture is wrong. Bait and switch and fake promotions. Then parked me for tacos.

came here for a breakfast burrito and it was ok overall till i tasted the burrito and they was missing stuff from it and it tasted really bland and the fries was dry and tasted

The day crew is fantastic-- the evening crew is yuck.-- I came to this jack's at around 7:15-pm on 10/20/23. I usually go during the day, however I went a little later. There was a car in front of me and they took that order and then the car went around to the window. I waited more than 5 minutes so I ending up going on around. the car that had been in front of me was still there chatting with the employee. I was forced to wait because the employee was talking to the person in the car. now mind you when I came around no food was handed to the car in front of me. they were just talking away making me wait. The car left and I pulled up she said I would have to go around again because of some timer. she said again that she couldnt take my order until I drove all the way around again. I said I will talk to the morning manager and she said fine and shut the window closed right in my face. This is all on tape however nothing will be done. I will never buy from this jack again, the nose in the air brat needs to be fired. I was this jack's oldest most valued customer, however no more and I ve never had anyone slam a windows closed in my face. I dont want anyone responding because all that will be posted is what has been posted by management already. this was recorded so the evidence is there. So long jack and I leave you to go punch the button on your helicopter to go get your food, while the rest of society waits at the drive through. I will go to sonic.

Ordered 2.Jumbo Jack's with 2 fries. About.$10 but the checkout window told me $15+.finally got the right price The jumbo Jack's looked like the cook put them under her arm and flattened them.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. It's flat out ridiculous how they obviously do not understand the concept of fast food. And apparently inventory was not done correctly. You sit at the speaker 30 years before they acknowledge you. Then they tell you they are out of stuff after you've paid. This location seriously needs to be restaffed.
