So... I never write reviews but this was the best customer service I have ever recieved eating out period... The food was amazing hot and fresh ? ? I will be back for sure !
Ordered the farmhand because it was a meatless option. Received a chicken and bacon potato. I don't eat meat and it was the end of the night. Had to go through the app to receive refund, but they seemed to chalk it up as an oops despite writing farm on the top of the container as if they didn't know what the farm consisted of or they simply don't care. Won't make the mistake again from ordering from Boise Bills/ Jason's Deli.

I love Jason's Deli! Every time I'm near Jason's Deli an hour from my home I have to get something from them. I love the muffaletta sandwich. Love their broccoli cheese soup also.

Our food was good, and so was the service. My issue arose when I attempted eat a serving of the ice cream. The machine was very visibly dirty and had crusted ice cream around the spout area. And as someone who works with ice cream machines at another food location, I was concerned because that kind on buildup only occurs from poor maintenance and irregular cleaning. Despite appearances I tried some of the ice cream, but it tasted off, almost a fermented/ spoiled taste. And I am by no means an ice cream connoisseur, but compared to the location on Dowlen, this ice cream was bad. Sour end to my meal, unfortunately
I usually visit the Jason's on Dowlen with no issues, so I thought why not try gateway because they're a little closer. I called in a to go order on a Saturday evening with no problems; a papa Joe sandwich and a chicken Alfredo, add a side of marinara meatballs(a regular order of mine.) I was charged and retrieved my food as usual, however, upon checking the bag there was just bare pasta and meatballs in a separate container. My partner goes inside to remedy the order and one of the associates says he will need to pay an additional $12 to get the correct order. I deem this response unacceptable and proceed to make my way inside, the associate was extremely unprofessional to begin with but I did not let that deter me. I politely told him the correct order and he was able to fix it for me. Towards the end of the transaction the associate has a change of attitude and apologizes, explaining he isn't feeling well but here is the correct order. He also explained that it should've been an up charge of $2-$3 dollars but he was overriding said charge because the to go order associate did not take down my order correctly. I wake up the next morning and my card has been charged a tip of the up charge order. Paying $2-$3 dollars extra would not have been a problem, the problem is that the associate explained he would not recharge me then charged my card without authorization. I gave two stars bc the food was good as always, but service not so much.
