Man I really wanted to give this place more stars I really did but I just can't. The inside just felt unfinished. Floors needed to be swept and possibly mopped. Tables needed to be wiped down. Nothing terrible just you know needed a little TLC.The lady that took our order was very nice and polite. But while we were waiting for our food a couple walked in to order but she never came back to the front to help them so they left. The food we ordered was the salt & pepper wings and fries. They didn't have anything with crawfish and only had a few sides available. The wings had a great crust imo. Maybe a little too crunchy for some people but I was ok with it. The flavor of the crust was good but the chicken had a kinda weird almost day old left in the fridge uncovered taste if you know what I mean. The fries were great. Hot crispy outside fluffy inside and seasoned nicely. Not sure if we just caught them on an off day with the chicken? Also their soda machine had 4 outa 8 choices I think it was. Orange Crush, Mug Root Beer, Sierra Mist and Pepsi. We might give them another go at some point but we definitely won't be rushing over there.

They are only getting 1 star because I couldn't give them a 0 Star, they had no fountain drinks, the tea they did have was sour, their menu said they had salads ,they did not, they had no fried mushrooms, or any appetizers, they will never get my business again,

This place leave a lot to be desired. Giving it a one star cause I have to give a rating...even the one star is too much! We were, at the time, the only customers dining inside. The person behind the counter wasn't friendly, no greeting but did let us know right off they were out of 2 sides and not very talkative! Placed our order and went to get our drink only to see 50% of drink selection was out!! Go to the table and no napkins and was told no ketchup. The food was just so-so, batter was horrible and this is advertised as Cajun eatery??....I disagree this is NOT Cajun food!! No way no how no where close to Cajun!! If you want to throw away your money, then eat there...it's not worth a penny!! We spent close to $25 on our meal which was money wasted!! Will never go back!!

Shrimp Poboy was awesome. Flavor was great, shrimp were cooked perfectly, and on top of that my Poboy was sitting on a 2 inch thick bed of french fries and Cajun seasoning. Quick too.

Been 4 times. Beaumont location. Out of crabs once, no menu last time because they were making new ones. We have yet to get a meal there.

The food had a weird after taste...and had the worst gumbo I ever tasted. Cajun where? Because...yeah that ain't good eating. Especially for the price.

While the food is delicious I have been here 3 times in 3 weeks and been Introduced to no customer service, the had no oils to boil anything then they were out of all side products. Someone needs to help them with teaching customer service and how to order products. It can happen once but 3 times. They do make good food but if you want service and food try the one in Vidor

It has been a few months since I have been here, but what I can tell you is that the prices are very reasonable and that the food is very good. I had the shrimp étouffée and was pleasantly surprised how tasty it was. My grandparents also really liked what they got. Our food came out within a reasonable amount of time as well. We even had leftovers since the portions were so big. I will definitely have to go back!

First visit here the staff was very friendly the price are like every where else a little pricey but that's the economy The menu is definitely cajun but I will have to try gumbo and étouffée on another trip. My only negative was they only have Pepsi products but it's cool 4- star only because I had to go elsewhere for a coke lol

Unable to make substitutes for the crawfish and tasted like they were dead, prior to preparation. Another customer overheard me and said that she thought it was just her. Told the manager and she apologized, but did not offer any type of reimbursement or to rectify the situation, especially after spending almost $300.Features: I didn't see where mask were required.

Ordered 80+ dollars worth of food. When I recieved my order several items were missing. After contacting management about the issue I was told "we will make it right in your next order". Are you kidding me?! Rather presumptuous! There will be NO"next" order. The food I did receive was so/so.
