Upon eating my crawfish I came across sticky pieces in my bag. I didn’t pay it any mind at first thinking that it may have been cheese from another food item that was accidentally mixed in. As I continued to eat I came across more sticky pieces. I decided to smell the pieces & it was gum! All throughout the crawfish that I paid $108 for. Disgusting. I called the store & the young lady put me on hold & never came back to the phone. I grew frustrated so I hung up & called back after awhile. Just to get put on a long hold again. No one ever came to the phone. I drive from Orange to Beaumont all of the time to get crawfish from here. But this time was my last time. Gum in my crawfish is unsanitary! & for me not to speak to anyone about my issue was unprofessional. I won’t be back.

Wasn't pleased with service, employee had their baby girl seated on top of serving food counter with dirty socks on, watching movie on tablet, ask for extra spicy crawfish, crawfish was bland to taste of spice, no season, customer service is terrible, I think it's a family working environment to where kids can be at work with you, don't think I will be going back, I like seasoned crawfish.Parking: Parking wasn't a problem not to many customers.

Ordered 2 meals 2 fish 6 shrimp the fries were so salty they couldn't be eaten the fish was so hard I had to peel it to get anything out of it the shrimp was awesome they didn't answer the phone when I tried to call it was Feb 6 2023At 8:30 pm
