Came in for kids to use bathroom before ordering. No soap, at all, in ladies bathroom. How is staff washing hands? I decided to skip on the food.

Saw the place was empty had me worried, but honestly they did great, they had me pull forward as i did place a mobile order so i was a little quick for them haha. Regardless food was great no complaints here. It may not be the most appealing place, but to be honest you’re just getting food.

This KFC is ridiculous. No customer service skills whatsoever. Wouldn't let me order all legs on the 8 piece family meal for $20. But would let me order 2 6 piece meals with all legs for $28. ?. BRING ON THE ROBOTS?

Took a half hour to get an 8 piece dark, they then tried to blame me for not pulling up far enough.

Drive through empty when I got there. I ordered wing combo and famous bowl. After I paid, he said they have to cook chicken for the bowl, it takes 5 mins, and asked that I drive to front and he'll bring it out to me. After waiting 10 mins, I park and go in. Same employee is about to walk away, I think on break, telling me that coworkers thought it was fillets, & they still have to cook chicken for the bowl. Only people eating inside were 2 children, and one man waiting on food. Still empty drive thru & dining. I waited 5 more mins, all she brought me was bowl. I said I also ordered wing combo, she said fries have not been cooked, can I wait 3 mins? I said I don't want to wait any longer. She subbed for Mac n cheese. She brought that to me without wings. I, again, said I ordered wing combo. She said oh I put wings in this bag and forgot to give it to you. Mac n cheese was only half full. I got there at 4:37 and left at 4:58.

Drive thru pick up order, actually perfectly accurate which seems to be pretty hard to get right these days. Warm food too which was nice, this store has genuinely stepped it up in the here and now as of this review. I recommend ordering online and picking up for coupon/deals potential and a quick in and out experience.

Came in the the store order my food. Service was extremely slow. Paid for my food realized that someone threw up in the corner of the restaurant. Employees just walked by it didn't even pay no mind to it. One customer cleaned up off the table. There was still grow up all over the floor. The AC was not on so it was steaming hot in there. Also seen one of the employees take food outside and come back in with said food and put it back up where the chicken goes. Horrible place. So many food violations not even funny.

Never again will I go to this restaurant the manager Rose was the cashier and she took my order but she didn’t give us straws for our drinks and my girl didn’t get a spoon for the famous bowl my son got cold burgers and he was so angry as for my food I wasn’t happy with the chicken that I got…bad food bad service and the person who gave us our food didn’t even answer me after I had asked her for the straws and a spoon ? I wouldn’t recommend going with my friends or family to this establishment ever again
