I tried Layne's as a comparison to Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers, and I was a little disappointed. The coating on the chicken fell off easily, and I did not care for their dipping sauce at all. The chicken wasn't horrible - but imo just was not as good as a Cane's.

Just made my 1st visit to Layne's and they managed to mess up the order. Ordered a kid's meal with Layne sauce. When the meal made it to my grandchild there was no sauce. I tasted the fries and a bit of a tender. Certainly nothing to write home about and I can go other chicken places where they get my order right.

Good food, really good vibe, had some very caring servers. My girlfriend had a spicy 4 piece and I had the club sandwich, both spicy. If you're a fan of spicy chicken, I highly recommend! Only problem is that the fries were too crispy for me personally. Canes has some serious competition in Beaumont!Parking: Good amount of parking, quite emptyWheelchair accessibility: Accessable ramp, slightly cramped entrance.

Patrina the GM is absolutely amazing! Let’s get into the food though. Well seasoned, the spicy tenders were absolutely delicious. The laynes sauce was dumbbbbb good. And finding out they have locations in Houston was a plus.Oh and the POTATO SALAD ??????
