Ordered online to pick up from the portal. Got an email saying they couldn’t put it in the portal and to talk to a cashier. Cashier says they did put it in the portal and someone keeps taking the food out of the portal (even though the email says they couldn’t) and my order will take 15-20 minutes to remake. 2nd time this has happened at 2 different stores. Do you employ only idiots or something?Update: it’s now been a 35 minute wait.

Absolutely horrible.Placed a phone order at 5pm. I am there and pay for my order at 5:28pm. My receipt is time stamped. 3 pizza's, nothing custom or special. They are advertised as "hot & ready" from 4pm to 8pm.I have to wait until 6:15 for my order, that I called in at 5?????I asked several times why did have to wait so long for my order I placed at 5???All I was given was a blank stare.They lost all my business. Zero stars.

They need to do better, if I order online and you clearly get it then when you get to the store I shouldn't have to tell you what sauce and drink I ordered and still got given the wrong one. On top of them being on there phones at the register.

Overall a good experience and If you are looking for a good Little Caesar to eat at I would recommend eating thereCashier: Very Friendly and Very ProfessionalFood: I’ve tasted better from Little Caesars but worth the money nonetheless.Atmosphere: Not aesthetically pleasing. When you first walk in you notice they have remodeled which is good, but then I immediately look up and notice very dirt ceiling tiles. Dirty enough to make me contemplate eating there.Wheelchair accessibility: The Wheelchair Accessibility is located directly in front of the store.
