Haven't been to this location in probably 8 years. Decided to give it another shot... slightly let down by not having the two dishes I wanted. So I switched and went with just a steak and fries. The steak was very good this time, as were the fries. And the service was great too. Dont think I'll wait another 8 years before returning.

Overall, I really like Logan's. But the problem this time was simple. I got a 'hamburger' patty for a hamburger steak. Very disappointed this time. On the bright side. The staff was awesome!!

We dined in at the Logan's in Beaumont, Texas on 03/17/23. We had an awesome experience. Our food was fresh, hot, and very flavorful; however, what stood out most was the EXCEPTIONAL service we received from our waitress Tomorrow and the bartender Chelsea. They definitely went above and beyond. When the service is great as well as the food, it definitely makes for a wonderful experience.

Overall a good place to eat. I went with 3 other people. The facility was clean, service was prompt and friendly, and everyone enjoyed their meal. I would have no problem going there again.

Service ok. Food can be good. Added. Side of ribs to my plate for $7.99 ribs were dry almost on meat on the ribs. For 1,29 you can load your potatoes up. This is a joke when you see what $1.29 gets you

I ate at Logans in Beaumont today & was so disappointed. I ordered a steak (medium well) & bake potato (all the way). My steak was so dry & tough plus it was cooked WELL DONE (not medium well) & the baked potato was dry (not all the way). We waited over 10 -15 minutes for A-1 Steak Sauce & I finally had to get up & tell them our food was getting cold waiting on them. We ordered fried mushrooms & they were brought out after our meal was served (almost burned). The waitress continually asked if we needed anything & when we would tell her, she never came back with it. I will not eat there again! They need a new staff, management & cook. Very dissappointed.....

Went because it wasn’t packed. Now I know why. Although very friendly at first, once I said my steak wasn’t how I ordered it, the vibe definitely changed. I ordered the 22oz porterhouse medium rare. What I got was a ~16oz thin sliced steak that was well done. We had already been seated for a bit and the server asked if I wanted them to cook another. So it was either wait and hope to get it right and my wife eats alone or a cold steak when mine was done. So I said no it would probably take too long. Boom. Nothing else was said other than if we needed a Togo box. We received zero refills. Had to ask for every little thing from napkins to steak sauce for my overcooked steak. I feel of you buy a $30+ steak, it should be what you ordered. No offer to make it right except to wait longer and hope and pray. Thanks for making our anniversary memorable Logan’s. Also the margarita is watered down pretty good.The steak queso dip was delicious (chips were not great, burnt and hard) as was my wife’s ribeye that looked bigger and better than mine.

My husband and I ate there last Saturday and service was ok for us, waitress was running a large party plus us, so service was what we expected. But, we did not expect to get sick after our experience there. We both ended up very sick after eating the spinach dip and have not ever had that bad of a feeling before. Do not recommend.

Went for our anniversary dinner. Big mistake. Zero refills the entire time. Waitress had a smile but seemed to just get and go without offering napkins refills steak sauce etc. my wife ordered the 12 oz ribeye medium rare,I got the 22oz porterhouse medium rare, her steak was twice as thick albeit medium instead of medium rare, mine came out well done. Looked like a thin sliced bone that buckled under some heat. This was all after waiting a bit and apps came out a minute before steaks. The server asked if I wanted another steak out on. So essentially either my wife would eat alone or a cold steak to wait on mine. I said no I think it would take to long. She walked off. Great customer service, and thanks for making our anniversary memorable Logan’s. /s.

8 oz sirloin steak was tuff and had pieces of grissel, also baked potato was cold. I could hardly eat any of it. The salad was good though. Also my server was very nice and pleasant. She was the best thing there.
This was about my 2nd or 3rd time eating at one of these now I know why. The person I went with picked this place. I ordered.the half of ribs.they came out they were burnt I tried to it one but I had to tell her I could not eat them. Took them back brought me more. I definitely would not order them again and tell others don't order they had very little meat on them. Even the person with me could not believe there was hardly any meat. So that was my experience.

Rolls were delicious. Cheeseburger was well done, ribeye was very rare (supposed to be med rare) and my chicken salad tasted like salmon as did the burger. They need to clean their grills!! Thank God we were starving! Told waitress and nothing was done. Items were left out of salad and kept running out of drinks as well. For almost $80 for 3 people, I expect more. Very disappointing.

Rolls were fresh as always. Got the potato skins for appetizer with the brisket. Huge portion of skins. If you get them recommend splitting a meal. I had salmon and shrimp and it was amazing. Very fresh and blackened to perfection. Server was very attentive to our table and got everything out as soon as ready

Easily the hardest ribs I've ever had in my life. Taste was good but they were not cooked correctly. Servers were everywhere and nowhere at the same time. The most expensive meal I've had since moving to Texas and I frequently go out and eat rib dinners. I will say that the rolls were good. Fries were fine. My wife's meal came out wrong. Table was sticky. 4 dollars for a soda is insanity.Not worth it in my opinion. Won't be going back.Parking: Adequate parking.

Terrible, steak was so tough couldn't chew or swallow it. Just chewed the flavor out and put the chewed steak back on plate. Told waiter and all he did was say oh. Should have asked for manager but no offer. Won't be EVER going back. Will stay with Roadhouse in Nederland. Just happened to be in Beaumont
