We had an app order and the food was horrible. The fries were soggy and lukewarm and the burgers were even worse. My wife ordered a QP with no onions and extra pickles and got one with onions and two pickle slices. My double QP was to order but too much salt on the meat to even eat. I like salt but this was like eating something from the Gulf of Mexico. We had to pull off to the side through the drive thru to get our food and it still was inedible. We threw our food away and will NEVER eat here again. F'n pathetic. If you don't care when doing your job, then quit! Why make your customers suffer? SMH

This time was awful. I placed an order for Curbside while sitting in the Curbside parking space. I put the space number on the order. I sat there waiting for 20 minutes before I tried to call them. They didn't answer. I looked and there were no cars in the drive thru that I could see. I drove around to the order board and only had to wait a moment to get my turn. Both payment and pickup window insisted it was for counter pick up. I had to ask them.to check on it, and when they finally brought it to me, the sticker on the bag said Curbside with the space number on it. Never again.

Can only speak on service because every time I stop here in the early mornings after work I can never get service. No one comes to the speaker and says anything. After sitting for 10 minutes with no one else in the drive thru I end up pulling off. Not sure why I even attempt anymore. It’s frustrating especially knowing I just passed up Chick Fil A where the service will be great.
