Came through about 20 min ago and ordered 4 hashbrowns, 3 mcmuffins, and a coke. I repeated at the speaker twice. Was only given 3 hashbrowns and 3 muffins. I told them I needed one more hashbrown and they said I only ordered 3. I asked to just pay for another one and they refused saying "they don't do that at the window" with attitude. The staff were nice, but they were not organized. One employee was couching and sneezing without covering his nose & mouth. The concession area was also filthy, which was surprising since it was not busy inside.
