They open at 11 yet don’t have any food ready or made at that time, was told to wait another 30 mins for anything to even be ready after waiting 15 mins to even get greeted

I ordered online and gave instructions to knock on my door when they got there,after like a hour I got a notification saying my pizza was delivered but I didn’t have it .so I called and the delivery boy or whoever said he kno he delivered it to me cause who ever he gave the pizza to knew my name? I have neighbors who are going to kno my name ,the simple fact was I told them to knock on my door to deliver it and he did not ,my pizza was stolen.so after a almost 20 mins fight otp with the manager he decides to remake it so this go around I’m sitting outside to see if the thief would come back but the delivery person pulls up I approach him and he’s very rude to me and insists I have to open my front door to prove it was really me so I did , he asked if I called the police and I told him no I don’t see what they could do and he gave a rude remark saying “maybe you should so we wouldn’t have to take time away from work to re deliver a order” It was just a horrible experience cause I did nothing wrong except decide to order there to begin with

Don't eat here they have poor service they will charge you 10 cents for parmasan cheese and red packet. This should be included with the pizza. The manager was very rude and didn't care. Go to Mellow Mushroom they have great pizza and way better service.

Takes more than an hour to get a pizza. They don’t answer the “where’s my pizza” line. Then call back and still on hold!!! Meanwhile, I have 3 young grandkids waiting for our pizza party dinner. #poorservice #beaumontneedsbetterpizza

I bought a pizza at the store in Lawrenceville Ga in 1996 bad tasting pizza so I never got one again until 2020 so I thought maybe they got better tasting so I live in Ohio now tried one from Jackson store I took home and took one bite and throwed it in the dumpster I will never eat at Popa John s again

Papa John’s on Calder - fantastic pizza. Have ordered 3 times in the last several months. Every time pizza as ordered and fresh, hot and drink was already cold. Fast delivery - less time than stated when ordered. Courteous delivery person with mask and left by front door. Great job! Highly recommend. Thanks.

This store made a mistake on an online order. The receipt shows 2 pizzas. one is deleted but still appears on the receipt. The one charged for, a 2 topping pizza was ignored. Rather than read the order and maybe call the customer they go ahead and make the deleted pizza. A call to customer service was fruitless. Attitudes less than service oriented. No satisfaction. Don't order here unless it's over the counter and in person. Their staff either lacks training on the online ordering or telling from the help line service call doesn't care.
So tonight I ordered a pizza from your place and the lady that answers the phone was so nice and pleasant. ”But the delivery person that came to my house was like, man I sure hope this is my last run tonight”..... And y'all forgot the garlic butter that I asked for Usually, I get great service from the delivery people but the person who showed up at my house was not friendly at all... Maybe train your delivery people a little better.
