They were out of what I wanted. When I got there, my mobile order should have been ready, but they hadn't started making it yet. They asked me if I had a GrubHub order, and I said I ordered from the (Popeye's) app and she told me that's what she's talking about. Went up to the register and was told they're in the middle of shift change, and I needed to wait. They were arguing in front of the guests, and it only looked like 1 or 2 were actually working. Employees were rude, unprofessional, and slow. The food was okay, but it wasn't what I wanted. I won't be going here for a while, and hopefully, by then, they'll have a change in management.

I ordered a family size 16 piece combo with LARGE SIZE FRIESI received just a few fries on each box.That's awful and if they don't wanna give customers what they pay for better to close the place.

There was 2 woman in front of me. Instead of taking each persons order, they would take on ladies order and then prepare and box it up and then would take the next persons order. It took them 15 minutes just to take our order!! We almost left but we decided to stay since we were already there. Once we ordered, it took them 25 minutes to make 2 chicken sandwiches. When I went to get my soda, it smelled awful there! This is the second time this happens. The team lead along with the other workers were all talking to each other with no sense of urgency just taking their sweet time. I would love corporate to reimburse me for this visit. Didn’t even bother talking to their manager cause I knew they wouldn’t care. Never going back until they get new management

So showed up at Saturday at 8:11 and the doors where locked tried to go threw the drive Thru and said they couldn't do 4 separate orders so we left and went somewhere else.

Went through the drive through , didn’t catch the young lady’s name but she had on a black puffer jacket with braids , and her customer service was PHENOMENAL . I’m new here from Jacksonville FL and so used to the Popeyes girlies being rude that her being so nice caught me completely off guard ! RAISE HER PLS !! And my food was fresh and good !!! We love to see it ! Good customer service goes a long way .

The restaurant was dirty, the employees were very unorganized and unkempt and not very welcoming. I ordered classic chicken tenders along with red beans and rice for takeout. Once I was at home and started eating the chicken tenders, I immediately noticed the tenders were rubbery and cold, and the red beans and rice were cold. This restaurant has continued to turn out quality food and service. I will no longer be making any purchases at this particular Popeyes

They closed the entire restaurant in 15 minutes early so now I’m on my lunch break and can’t get food. And instead of just saying that over the mic, they literally let me sit in the drive-through for 10 minutes before telling me they had closed early at the window when I pulled
