Every time I, or anyone else, comes to this location whoever is taking orders doesn’t greet anyone who drives up to the window. I have been in this line for 15 minutes and I was only the second card int the drive thru. The lady kept saying “one moment” or “one minute”. There is no one inside, what are they doing? It’s frustrating every time I come here because I get the same treatment. They’re rude at the window as well. I’m just trying to get some food and go home for the day, but I’m almost at my limit in dealing with the terrible service of he workers are providing. If it takes a while to get the food that’s understandable. But just completely ignoring your customers is a great way to lose business.

We ordered dinner for whole family and honestly only took a few minutes. Great service and the food was good.
The food is a hit and miss, some time it's fresh and most times it's not, you never get what you order, I tell them at the window I don't want a mystery box I want what I order. And when they wait on you it's like they are doing you a favor.

I am not one to leave reviews at all but this was not very enjoyable, firstly I didn’t receive my receipt which led to confusion on how I was supposed to receive my food, when I got my food I ordered bacon chicken sandwich and wings I received a normal chicken sandwich with the top bun ripped and my winds look like either Someone took a bite or ripped all the skin of before serving it(picture below) they kindly gave me my correct order after
