As a former Manager for Sonic it's pretty sad on time from order taken to deliver is way beyond the 4 minutes and they don't seem to care about the appearance of the outside of the store I'd hate to see the inside of itManagers don't seem to care about anything anymore ?

They advertise closing at 11 but went here at 10:30 and they turned the lights off as I was pulling in and said they’re closed… if you close at 10:30 then advertise 10:30!!! Horrible service
Very bad customer service, don't know how to talk to customers, unprofessional, throws headset down like a kid. I have been in customer service for 40 plus years and never had a bad review on Google. In my line of work we get Google Reviews.

Worst Sonic I have ever been to. We ordered a total of 5 different drinks and not a single one was marked. When we asked which one was which, she told us she no idea, she didn't make the drinks. Then she proceeded to hand us the full drink carrier, as the drinks are leaking because the lids all came off.
