Irresponsible :(Staff do not care about drive through!I was waiting at the drive through literally for more than 10min and no one responded. As soon as I reached the window, they took the order and asked me to wait at the handicapped section and they would handover the drinks which infact weren’t delivered even after 25 min.

Service was exceptionally slow and once we received our order it was wrong. We had requested whole milk multiple times but the order was made with oatmilk and not whole milk. The price was also higher than the same order in Houston. There was some obvious tension within the staff as evidenced by some arguing by individual staff members and one associate stating they slow but working as fast as they could. This was the worst run Starbucks we have visited and the drinks were also the worst. We witnessed several drinks poured out and remade due to mistakes made by the staff...which added to the delay to of current orders. I also believe that mobile or online orders were given priority to orders from customers who had entered the store and ordered. We will not be visiting this store again.

Service is horrible. Incredibly rude to their customers. Made a mobile order and got in line a little too early for their liking and they made it known. Opened the window, handed me my drink and said, "Before you mobile order and get directly in line next time know that it takes 5 minutes before our system prints out your order." and shuts the window. I get it if they were nice and just letting me know for next time, but their tone of voice and facial expressions were very much not that. I feel that as a customer we should NOT have to know that, and the whole point of a mobile order is to keep the line moving. Usually at Starbucks there is a insane long line so of course I mobile ordered. It is not my fault nobody was in line. Even if they were frustrated they can still have good customer service. I have worked customer service jobs before, I know they are stressful and can be frustrating but there is never a good reason to treat a customer with disrespect like that. I will not be going back to this location. MLK, Dowlen, and the Target Starbucks location have top notch service compared to this one. Ruined my morning.

This Starbucks is hit or miss on wait times, but they work hard. The demand is high so just depending on the time, you might luck out. Maddy , the worker was super helpful with my order today so I really appreciated her help. Props to her and her friendly attitude at 6am. Good job!
