I was very disappointed when I went to Starbucks today. I order my drink and cheese Danish, it took 20 minutes and it wasn't packed which was unbelievable of course people were coming in and ordering their stuff and getting their orders and leaving. Six people came in ordered and received their order. I waited 20 minutes for a Strawberry lemonade aćai drink. I asked one worker the one who took the order how long she said they haven't started yet...no one ask what I was waiting on after 20 minutes I asked i guess the manager and she made it. I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS STORE LOCATED NEAR KROGER'S.

The chicken at the drive thru caused me to boycot all Starbuck...my coffee has gone up in price twice I. 6 months...if that ugly girl would.get fired

The hot chocolate is pretty good, love the egg white egg bites and grill cheese sandwich. The turkey bacon breakfast sandwich would get a 2 star as the bacon appears uncooked.

I’m normally not one to post reviews on businesses. But I order Starbucks lately three times a week because that’s my pregnancy craving.I ordered the same exact drink. Double Chocolate Chip frappe with extra mocha drizzle, line the cup with mocha and double blended.Every time I go at least three times a week, my order is always different.Sometimes it has whipped cream. Sometimes it doesn’t. I ask for extra mocha drizzle in line the cup. Normally it doesn’t have any or it has the regular amount. Sometimes it only has cookie crumble on it which is a different drink completely.What’s the point in doing mobile pick up order if it’s not gonna be right. It’s not someone typing it incorrectly. It’s simply people not doing their job and reading and knowing how to make it. Unless it says no whip, you put whip cream on a Frappuccino.That’s my rant for the day.

I came in for my birthday drink and also ordered the bacon and Gruyère egg bites. I wanted to try a drink that I wouldn’t normally get. I chose a grande iced brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso. The drink is okay but the egg bites are have no bacon or Gruyère cheese. I was given the egg white and roasted red pepper option that I didn’t choose. Really disappointed for my birthday treat.

I’m not one to usually write reviews on anything. But the fact that what I’m about tell you has happened to me TWICE now, I feel like I have to. I'll start with telling you the worst part of my review and what drove me to post this. Finding TRASH in my drinks TWICE! First time this happened to me was back in November. I found some kind of lid in my drink. I order the same drink and I've seen them make my drink hundreds of times with nothing that resembles this lid. So I have no idea where this lid came from or how it got into my drink. Because its not a milk lid, a syrup lid, or the caramel sauce lid. I let the manager know. She was apologetic and very concerned. Which i appreciated. I decided to not write a review then. I thought surely it wouldn't happen again. Flash forward to today, I was drinking my coffee and swallowed something small and that felt weird. I thought it was a small broken piece of ice and didn't think too much of it. I take another sip only to be met with a longer piece that definitely wasn't ice. Disgusting. It was a piece of plastic. This time I called to let a manager know, again, that this has happened but they didn't seem too concerned at all. I'm sure everyone can agree when I say that no one wants to be drinking trash or finding random junk in their coffees. I read some of the other reviews people have left and I can also agree that the wait times are extreme. I've also experienced the attitude of a rude employee there numerous times. Along with finally getting up to the drive thru window after waiting 45 minutes just to see my coffee sitting there melting.

A coffee shop with no spoons or stirrers. Wow. For $5 I expect to get my coffee right. I never give bad reviews, but I’m making an exception because I figure this is a management issue, the servers all pleasant and working like busy bees behind the counter with a line of cars and no one inside when I arrived. My preferred instant non-decaf coffee was out of stock. They gave me two cups instead of a holder, was that out of stock too, or a new thing? Wanted a gift card also, but had to wait too long at register.

Manager lets employees make their own rules. Service and coffee suck about 90% of the time. Billy, the regional managed refuses to make any changes.

This is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to! My last mobile order took 35 minutes for only 1 drink, I've had mobile orders that they've never started on by the time I got there, my drink has been made wrong more than once and the line is always very slow in comparison to other locations. I'm done with this one.
