So Steak 'n Shake, a staple! Delicious! I got the Royale Steakburger and I couldn't stop from eating the whole thing as soon as I tasted the first bite. The music is pretty chill and the people are really nice!Parking: 10-20 spaces I think

This location is bad about missing things on your order, so please make sure you check your bags before you leave the location.I have ordered cheese with my fries and haven't gotten any. My husband bought a bacon cheese burger and they didn't add his bacon, but was charged for it.Unfortunately, the franchise has gone down over the years. They don't do the side by side shakes anymore as well as other things.Parking: Parking is ok, but it is small. It's not busy all the time, so shouldn't have an issue getting in or out.

COULDN'T TELL THERE OTHER END FROM A HOLE IN THE GROUND 2ND TIME THEY HAVE MESSED UP A SIMPLE DRIVE THRU ORDER I GET HOME AND COMPLETELY NOT EVEN MY MEAL AND HERS WAS WRONG TOO SO THATS THE LAST TIME I SPEND 45 DOLLARS TO GET NOTHING!
What a rude manager came to drive thru looks at me rudely like as if I should never come to there drive thru and gives me a sign we are closed ok sorry rude lady I'll take my business elsewhere after this interaction!

Steak and Shake is always good for a hot hamburger, french fries and an icy cold soft drink. Everything was awesome this visit. The only thing I would have improved was the speed of service, but that was simply because they did not have enough employees working. The employees that were there and were working were working hard to get our food out in a timely manner.Kid-friendliness: We had my three year old grandson with us. This is a good place to go eat if you have small children.

Original Visit:Friendly service. Tasty burgers and fries. Clean dining room. Slow kitchen.Update: 7/26/23Fair service. Tasty chicken strips but fries were slightly undercooked and way under salted. Milkshake was no good because the ice cream was grainy with ice and needed more cream. Kitchen was making good time. Should note the dining room was dirty and very cold.

Don't go through the drive thru if you're on your lunch break - I watched my burger sit on in the counter in it's box for five minutes. Then I watched it sit in a bag by the window for another three. Meanwhile three employees are standing by the window talking and joking ? Sub-par shake. Cute building, but the contents are not impressive. My burger... had So much garlic and butter slathered on top it was nearly unedible; I had to use two napkins to wipe enough off to actually enjoy it.Don't bother.
