I just wanted a veggie foot long and they didn’t add no olives at all when I wanted extra, my sandwich was soggy and dry, they didn’t add anything extra that I specifically ordered and they was being very stingy with their food. I am going to stick with going to the other subway further away. 1/10Waste of money.And I tipped before I realized my order was bad

Beware! They will not honor corporate coupons from the mail...and tried to get me to pay extra for the bacon on a chicken bacon ranch! Not only did I not get the sandwich I wanted, he overcharged me! Not coming back to this location...
Disgustingly old location with nasty taking cookies that taste like oven cleaner. Spoiled ingredients that should not be allowed to be sold.

Absolutely horrible service. They were rushing so much just to get us out and were throwing our sandwiches together. They also rudely asked us what we wanted. They are also super stingy with toppings and charge more than normal subways do cause it’s right next to a college campus. If you want a good subway sandwich don’t go to this one.

Y'all need to go ahead and shut this location down. Customer service is extremely poor. One thing I hate is my food being TOSSED and THROWN together because the employees are getting backed up with customers. Also, when my sandwich is complete, you leave it out to work on the customer behind me.. I don't mind waiting but can you at least COVER my food, like wrap it up......... It's one thing to reduce customer wait time but it becomes an issue when you disregard the individual customer themselves by not properly tending to them regardless of the circumstances.
I visited the place on Aug 20, 2023, at around 5:30 pm with one of my friends. The employees didn't care about the customers and were very rude. They were shouting and making fun of each other in a way that all the customers felt disturbed. I had visited that place earlier and today as well, but I never found pepper, lemon juice, or salt sachets. Service and staff behavior here is worse compared to other Subways. I have decided not to go there anymore starting from today.
