2/6/2024 3:10 pm Tuesday. My wife pick up sandwiches for us and our bread crumbled all to pieces. Has anyone ever had fresh bread crumble all to pieces. Bad management or bad employee. I'll never go there again. Steven A.

Walked in and stood there for 10 minutes while an associate filled other orders. Was not acknowledged at all until another associate walked in from the back. When I went order, was told that they were out of that particular meat. And the 1st associate that didnt acknowledge me chimes in and tells us that as well. Could have saved me 10 minutes of waiting. Left very unsatisfied.

The manager is super rude and disrespectfulA costumer came asking about a sandwich and wanted to know how much it was because he didn’t have alot of money obviously and she “the manager” made him feel horrible about it and he just said nevermind and leftI felt terrible for himPOOR MANAGEMENT!!

The food is fine for me, as far as service that is another story. Service is horrible from many employees. One guy worked the front while other co workers laughed & played in the back (which are full grown adults) . Not sure why the atmosphere is this way but i’m not a fan, the proper supervision is needed.

Waited 20 minutes and they still couldn’t make the sub the way I ordered it. A phone in order for 10 subs came in and they went to making those even though there were 10 customers waiting. Very unprofessional. Manager was completely out of her league. Never going
The food and service was was good although I don't appreciate that the staff is allowed to have face piercing.

This is the second time I’ve ordered this week and both times my sandwich has been missing olives or olives/ banana peppers, etc. Also this is what my sandwich looks like with extra lettuce and spinach. Do not recommend this location for mobile orders. ??

I was there to pick up dinner 4/13/2023 at 6:47pm. The lady on shift was very rude towards her customers (cutting people/me off as we spoke, and very rude when she couldn’t hear what people were saying). The man behind me had to let her know she was wrong on behalf of the man she was ridiculing behind him. She was also very rude to her co-worker who walked in during the shift. Very unprofessional. I will not be coming back to this facility as long as she works there. I would like to make it clear that the lady who walked into her shift was really nice and tried her best to move on from the poor treatment of her coworkerI am a customer paying for food and I deserve professional treatment.
