Toddler is upset, not the hugest deal but I haven’t had a single good interaction, with this certain employee that’s usually there between 12-3.

Not sure how it is usually, stopped here after an online order at 6 pm Tuesday. 90% of the chairs were flipped up for closing procedure. Wait for food to be ready, only for them to tell me that they are out of rotisserie chicken. Not a huge deal, just sub for the other chicken. Once I get up to the line I notices the only things to choose from where spinach, frozen pickels, tomatoes and red onions. Everything else in was in the back. These cats were straight up prepping for closing 4 whole hours before closing. Lol, not only that, but if I am spending 14 bucks on a sandwich after I tip the sandwich artist, it would be cool if they had all the toppings available to choose from.

Went to Subway on Dowlen Road 1-5-24 about eight o’clock to get a sandwich got there young man was mopping the floor I threw up my hands showed him my watch he pointed at the floor letting me know he was getting ready to close at 8::15 all the food was put up I was very disappointed I never been to one like this no customer service no wonder this Subway has a low rating ?

This has to be the worst Subway in their franchise. They are always out of something… meatballs, cheese, tuna. Today no brewed tea. I mean come on folks. How do you operate a restaurant when you never have the products to serve your customers? Never seen more than one person making sandwiches and you will stand there for an eternity while that person talks it up with everyone that comes in. Never have I seen a “manager” on duty to come out and check on the one staff member they have scheduled . Wish the place would just close down and something more worthy go in here. Very disappointed Subway!!!

This was probably one of the faster subways I've been to. Usually, they are dirty, dark, and very rundown, but this location was very nice. The employees were very polite and kind, and did my order exactly how I wanted it. The sandwich tasted great! It was a fine experience!
