The waitress had a very dirty uniform on and didn't know how to carry glasses in her hand. Instead of using a tray she carried them against her body using her arm to hold them to her. I've been in food service for over 20 years and I even tried to show her how to carry them but she said her hands wouldn't let her. I won't be going there again.

The only real issue with waffle House is the prices are too high. Now they charging a 20% extra for takeout. Guess I'll go to the Whataburger across the street next time.

It was late night early morning and I stopped by with a friend...for some unknown reason my account was not letting me pay with my card. The employee Brandon stood up and paid for my friend and my food that night/morning. He didn't have to do anything but he took the initiative and helped someone he never met out with payment which goes above and beyond his regular duties...Thank you Brandon for your kindness and good heart...

The restaurant was clean and welcoming. We were traveling from Ga to Houston Tx and stopped to get a quick bite before our destination. Everyone welcomed us and was served quickly the hot fresh food we ordered. We will stop on our way back home.
