I ordered a #2 Baconator combo in the drive thru and they gave me the wrong food a #1 single, no big deal it happens. So I took the order back inside and requested the right combo that I payed for. The manager Raphael went back and made a new burger. When I opened the wrapper it was a single patty cheese burger with bacon, still not the double patty Baconator that I had payed for. When I asked Raphael about it he stated that was the Baconator even though the menu shows 2 patties and the web site clearly states 2 patties. His response was that he worked there how was I going to tell him what it was supposed to be. At that point I requested my money back and a copy of my receipt. He gave me my money but refused to give me a receipt he then went and hid in the office. Two other employees tried to get my receipt but said the manager would have to print it. Both employees went to the back to get Raphael but he still refused to come up front so I left. I attempted to call the customer care line but they were closed I filled out the customer care form and did not get a response back so I tried to call again the next day during their business hours only to get a message once again that they were closed.

Fries tastes like they went thru the fryer twice. Soda was sour, either expired or they need to clean the system. Burger was missing cheese and pretty small for a $13 meal price tag. Fast food is a ripoff anymore.

Ridiculous, that I go there and the lady working in the morning can’t understand English or how to make a simple drink. The frosty cold brew I got for me and my wife to try was like drinking like warm toilet water with fecal flake sweetener. We ordered the Frostycino or whatever clever name they tried to come up with for this dumb drink. Anyways, it was literally warm coffee poured over ice!! Had a hint of arm pit juice in it maybe. You know when it has that taste like someone sweat in your drink. Either way this was NOT cold brew! The lady who made it didn’t even have it ready when I got there even though I ordered it on the app 15 minutes prior to arriving. I knew something was gonna be off when I arrived to get drink and she quickly grabbed two cups and put ice in it and reached around the corner to pour some not sweetened booty juice in our cups. If you don’t know what you’re doing then ask someone or don’t do it! Geezus Murphy! You’d thought Joe Biden would have made the drink, but I’m sure a geriatric confused old man could still get this order correct.

Cashier was a man at the window work poor customer service. Did not greet, he just said go head with your order. I didn't even finish what I was saying and he said $2.80 drive up. If you having a bad day, it's unprofessional to express it on customers. I will not return.

Seen a free fries Friday offer... it was mid afternoon and I thought, man I'm gonna get some hour old heat lamp like lukewarm fries....but they were free w a small frosty so against my better judgement, I gave em a shot.Drive in line went slow...like it was sloooow.6 stars outta 5. Never thought I could get better fries at Wendy's than I can make at home!I now realize the line was slow (like 5 minutes instead of 2...so I'm being dramatic about slow) BECAUSE THEY WERE MAKING THE FOOD FRESH.Earned my temporary trust. I'd wait in a slower-ish line anytime to get fresh piping, steaming HOT and tasty grub ANYTIME.Whoever the management is gets my kudos and I hope this trend of slowing down and cooking the food fresh so people get it hot is to become the norm!

This place has gone downhill since I used to live nearby. The seats are torn, there was trash on the floor and all the surfaces had spilled sticky mess on them. The order was range up wrong and when another staff member tried to fix it the one who put it in wrong just started playing with their phone. Then when the order came out they had given us someone else's order and apparently sent ours out the drive through. There were also several young people that appeared to be just hanging out in the restaurant not as customers. They never ordered or had anything the entire time we were there just chillin'. It was a very uncomfortable atmosphere.
