I've been to multiple Whataburgers in the golden triangle. Yet, this location unlike the others seems to have no manager. The both times I've visited this location I have waited in the Drive-Thru for over 10 minutes. Once I made it to the window the employees seemed unconcerned with the backlog. In both encounters the drive-thru employee asked me if he could keep the change.
Had some points to use, and hadn’t been to this location in a years. Wanda was the manager back then, and ran it like a military operation.Not sure who’s in charge now, but the notoriously long Whataburger line is even longer, and the food served slightly cold and with less seasoning.On a positive note, the lady at the window did offer a free “senior citizen” drink to make up for the extended wait time.Parking: Not many handicapped spots for parking. Wait in curbside for 10 mins. No one ever came out. The store inside was empty no customers the drive thru had 2 cars and employees walking all around. It was shift change and the person clocked out because she didn't want to bring my food out. I watched her look my way a few times.
