I go to this store every week when possible the staff is amazing and the food is usually up to par, I have had some times when the foos was wrong or they messed up my order but Rachel has always made it right. But today is just unacceptable. I'm so mad I didn't even call the store because I knew they would say come back. I get tired of going back. But all these hairs on this wing you can't tell me the cook didn't see this. I would have rather him tell me it's going to be a couple more minutes then to send out chicken that looks like this.

We were a group of 4 dining in and our order took 30 minutes to be made. I am assuming that corporate is so focused on making pick-up orders a priority. It was a tad annoying seeing how many to-go/pickup orders went out when we just sat there.... Shouldn't customers physically in-house get priority?The staff were all friendly and kind, and checked on us a few times after the rush. The seating area was clean. Wings, tenders and fries were great!

What happened to this location? The wings were raw yet dry! The place smelled dirty and the oil was soaking the bottom of the container. Worse 30$ I’ve spent. I guess the owner of this place doesn’t care about quality, cleanliness and an atmosphere people can gather and eat!!We were going to eat in till the smell of dirty oil overwhelmed us.

I ordered wings said be ready in 20 min got there they haded even started them waited 30 min. Than after I got in car wasn't what I ordered ..I just kept it and went on didn't want to wait any longer won't go

customer service was good but the fries were HORRIBLE . Like why would you purposely give out old burnt black fries & throw them in the grease before giving them out as if they are fresh. IT RUINS THE WHOLE

I’ve ordered a few times (delivery/pick-up) and the common missing items I’ve noticed were the veggie sticks and ranch sauce. Also was missing a brownie, but that got refunded.I need to check more throughly when picking up.

I asked for original hot wings with extra sauce when I received my order it was the wrong wings and had little to no sauce on them at all this is not the first time that this had happened and the workers was nonchalant in helping resolve the issue
