DO NOT ORDER HERE. My husband placed an online pick up order. We ordered a rib plate and a sandwich. We went to pick up the order at the time that it was supposed to be ready and they said they wouldn't have ribs ready for an hour and the sandwich that we ordered they did not have available. My husband asked for a refund and they said we would have to request a refund through corporate. This place is a big scam.

My wife and I came here to eat and some of the stuff acted like ,we were asking to many questions about the prices. We just need to know what combo would be the best for your bucks. I just smiled and told them thank u very much for your time and have a wonderful beautiful day.

Dickies chopped beef sandwiches are a rip off! I ordered two chop beef sandwiches and one medium ice tea (was supposed to be unsweetened but lady gave me sweetened). I fainted when she told me my order was $27+. This was for just two sandwiches and no sides! The sandwiches were smaller than kids McDonald’s hamburgers! I’ll never go back. What a rip off!!!!

I've only been here twice and both times I have tried to order 2 double meat plates with double fries and 2 drinks. Both times they only gave me 1 double meat plate with double fries and a drink and an extra to go box. The cashier doesn't speak English. Every cashier needs to speak English. It would make life easier. Apparently I'm supposed to separate and share a meal every time I go.

I came in about 7:50 wanting a baked potato and was told I’d have to wait 30 min which was fine but the two employees working were basically rude. More focused on if I was leaving a tip and after I didn’t the cashier just tossed my food on counter and walked away. No thanks for coming or waiting for 30 min for your food or anything . BUT gave her best customer services to those who continued to come in smh I won’t be returning here. One of my favorite places to eat but I’ll stick to the Grand Prairie location which has excellent customer service

***UPDATE***Have yet to be contactedby the "customer service" after being asked and respoding to with all contact info.So....not a big surprise here!Eat at your own risk. The food was all cold, out of pulled pork. The brisket was dry and bland. I asked for BBQ sauce and was told they were out ( how does that even happen?!?). She said she would give the last she had and it was like jelly! (See pix). The beans were burnt, the fried okra tasted like dirty oil. Customer service was nonexistent, dining room was dirty. This was at 6pm on Friday night (11/17/23), nobody except for my wife and I in the dining roomI have lived in Texas my whole life and have gone to Dickeys many times. This location needs to be closed and an entire new staff brought in!For $43+.....you could do better!!As of this date, I will never walk through the door of this location ever again. And I will tell everyone I meet to run... run far, far away and find a better BBQ place. (Wont be hard to find a better place, as the bar has been set VERY low).

If I could give negative stars I would. They were out of pulled pork so I ordered the brisket. Big mistake. Cold and dry. I was then told they only had sweet and spicy BBQ sauce. However, it was ALL spicy. To be perfectly honest, the sauce looked more like jelly than sauce. The okra I ordered tasted as if the fryer had not been changed in months. It tasted more like chicken than okra. Ooooh! They were also out of ice and sweet tea and a lot of the other drinks were out of order. The dining area was over run with dirty tables and and the floors were disgusting. I've eaten at Dickeys many times in Colorado and it was awesome. As for the price...$43.00. Not worth a single penny.

What I really loved was the service, the staff are friendly, patient and helpful. Food is good overal for easy quick convenient BBQ. Sausage is good and pulled pork would be my suggestion. Brisket leaves you disappointed. Sides are good and like the portion of fried okra. Works for a quick meal that's better than fast food.Vegetarian options: It's a BBQ place. They have spuds and side dish plate. If you are a vegetarian this is not your place.Kid-friendliness: Good high chairs and kids promo with purchase of adult meal certain days of the week. Mac and cheese and rolls for picky eaters.

Had the brisket chili cheese fries and some food rules were severely broken...Brisket was doused in smoke flavoring, not properly smoked, could easily tell. Tasted like scratchy dust going down.Chili was soupy and the brisket was thrown in and left in to get soggy (versus adding brisket to fries then covering with chili and cheese)Chili was literally soup, runny with a hint of tomato and an overkill of spice I could only attribute to paprika maybe.Side note, more powder doth not make spice spicier...Cheese was a runny nose of tasteless watery gross that was added first on top of undercooked fries.So...Undercooked fries, topped with flavorless cheese water, topped with overcooked beans in a broth trying to act like chili, topped with soggy over saturated smoke brisket wannabe. Will NEVER go to a dickeys again.
