We had a chance to have some of Godspeeds BBQ at Turning Point Brewery this weekend and absolutely loved it. The brisket was perfectly tender and tasted amazing. The turkey was just as tender and juicy, some of the best smoked turkey I've had. We also had the street corn and Muenster Mac and cheese which was delicious. The guys behind the counter we're very friendly and helpful and we could tell just how much they care about their food and their customers.

Gabe and the Godspeed crew make some of the best barbecue I’ve ever had. They also crush it on Tuesday’s when they make smash burgers at Turning Point Beer in Bedford. Regardless of who or where, I would put these people against any other barbecue restaurant out there, and honestly it’s that much better that you can grab some at a brewery because the beer pairing is second to none. If you haven’t tried them before, stop in to Turning Point Beer on a Tuesday or Friday night, you won’t be disappointed!

Turning Point is one of our favorite breweries in the DFW area and we make it a point to to stop in anytime we are in the area visiting family. Having visited breweries across the US, one thing that is usually lacking in quality 99% of the time is food. I am not sure how long Godspeed has been serving up their delicious BBQ at Turning Point but the brewery should do everything they can to retain them. Godspeed has some of THE BEST brisket I have ever had in my life. It was melt in your mouth good and the bark was perfection. They have bbq sauce available but this is one of those times you should let the meat speak for itself and savor the flavor of it on its own before you douse it in sauce. I promise you will thank me later for this. Also, the beans were FANTASTIC!!! I can understand if y’all don’t want to share the recipe but they were some of the best beans I have ever had! We were hoping to find some fantastic BBQ on our visit and decided to end our at at Turning Point. Who knew we would find some of the best BBQ we have ever had in our entire lives??? The family that runs it is super friendly too. Shout out to the owner’s Dad who was so kind and generous with his time chatting us up! Y’all—we served Godspeed BBQ at a special family event on Saturday and everything was phenomenal!!! The brisket, pulled pork, ribs were perfection. The sides were sooo good too! Mac-n-cheese and rice were big hits! Five

Finally got to try Godspeed after stalking them on Facebook for months. And it was worth the wait! The brisket was so tender, the sausage was delicious, and the Mac and cheese and corn were to die for! Top it off with a beer from Turning Point Brewery and some trivia... a perfect night!
They catered my friends wedding and my wife and I loved all of the food. Especially the Mac and cheese and their spooky turkey!!

This was great BBQ! I got the spooky turkey with the Carolina reaper pepper seasoning....wow! It's a slow burn so be sure to have milk or some kind alcohol to calm the heat. I also tried out their Texas twinkies. So they go all over DFW to find these pepper and let me tell y'all, they're huge jalapeños! The mix inside contains some of their charred brisket ends and cheese which plays well with the pepper. I also had a side of the smoked Mac n' Cheese and forgot to get a picture of it - I ate it all! Haha. The only thing I wish they had were a couple more side options. If you have a chance to try them out - do it!

VERY. GOOD. BRISKET!!! Thank you Gabe. Haven't had BBQ this good in a long time!! Can't wait to have some with a cold one! Don't waste any time with BBQ sauce. You don't need it. The BBQ is really tender. It's very light and flavorful!
