Same experience as others, slow slow slow service, looked like they were working on to go orders and not taking care of the long line of people ordering in store. Maybe next time i'll just order online and pick up instead of standing in line for 20 minutes to order my sandwich.

If I could the service 0 stars I would. Had all employees working on to go orders only. Waited 5 minutes for them to take our order and then another 20 minutes to get our sandwiches. Instead of having employee only ding take out orders, they should make sure someone is helping in store customers. Also, I ordered gluten free and they had no clue on how to actually handle the gluten free sandwich. Put other sandwiches on the same wrapper, didn’t change their gloves. Other Jersey Mikes we have been always made the gluten free in a separate area and change their gloves. Very disappointing.

This place is usually on point and my favorite sub shop. But I ordered the other day, and was pretty disappointed. The rosemary parm bread was pretty stale, and I ordered the sub Mike's Way. There was no lettuce, no vinegar, no oil. I ordered light mustard, and it was plastered on there like I asked for extra.It's the first time in like 50 Jersey Mike's trips that I've finished the sub and regretted it. I gave 3 stars because I'm hoping it was a one-off, and all the other orders have been great. But this particular visit, in a vacuum I'd give it a 1 star. $11 for a sandwich, I'm going to think twice next time I want a Mike's. Because you can "eat fresh" and BOGO for that price.Hopefully the next time I give them a shot, it doesn't turn out that way. Because everything is getting more expensive, and a poorly made sandwich doesn't come with a discount.

I been to this location on Sundays around 2pm for two weeks an in row, I have ordered the giant #56 for take out. They will ask what bread , I usually say the white. The sandwich makers are all in a bad mood. if you hate your job quit. When you pay almost $20 bucks for a hot sandwich can you at least make it correctly and put some meat in the sandwich. Two weeks straight no extra white american cheese, No Jalopenos, and no mushrooms.. Just mostly bread grilled onions and small portion on grilled steak. After recieving the sandwich two weeks in a row I would tip the sandwich maker . I will continue to eat at Jersey Mikes, but will not be back to this location . Due to poor customer service and food porportions.
Good service. The time I went was slow so I got a fresh famous Philly. Dont eat much jersey Mike's but this was a good spot for a quick bite. Clean, cool, good food.

I just had to leave a review for this location! I have been getting my subs from the Hurst location and every single time they ALWAYS get my order wrong!!!! I say No onions and they put onions! I say extra cheese and Mayo..Nope no extra cheese and Mayo! So I went online to check reviews and someone said to check Bedford because they too would get their orders wrong at Hurst. So my husband went to the Jersey Mike’s in Bedford and they got my order correct!!! Well we went a few more times and every single time they got my order correct!!! And it was DELISH!!! The managers were Andrea , Marcella and Carlos. Great service and great food!!! Thank you Mikes Jersey in Bedford!!!
