Ordered a chicken, bacon ranch with jalapeños. Whoever made the pizza forgot to put the jalapeños. When they realized it, they put them on top of the pizza and overcooked it.

We ordered Jets through door dash. It was delivered and was burnt. I called to tell them and they said we were backed up and some pizzas stayed in the oven too long. They said to go through door dash for any partial refund.We spent $100 for a bad experience.This is the second time in a row this has happened. Last time we order Jets.

Great pizza miss wish we had one in Irving. Was able to get via Uber Eats. Recommend 4 or 8 corner turbo crust, both pepperoni options, mushroom, cheddar/mozzarella cheese, Italian sausage. Extra sauce not on menu but if can get also recommend. Amazingly tasty highly recommend.
Jets is our favorite for cheap-fast pizza in the DFW area. You cant go wrong with a Detroit style pizza!

I ordered this pizza a couple of years ago and never forgot it. I ordered today and was highly disappointed and even moreso at the customer service from a manager. I ordered a meaty pizza well done.. I understand it may take longer to cook in the middle but to tell me that's just how it comes out and even if his GM made it it would out come out the same. BURNT. Im with B of A so i understand exactly what cause and effect and being a problem solver to avoid reviews as such. Totally unacceptable!!One thing business need to understand is that you meet your customer at their moment not down play the situation at hand. Then he goes on to tell me "I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO TELL U MAAM" as if I asked for a favor. I paid for my pizza and would've like to be able to enjoy it. Not a burnt pizza and horrible customer service. This was absolutely ridiculous.
