The new AI ordering system is neat but a bit slow, this can be a hassle if it's very hot outside or raining like it was today. And the time it took me to order two plates the entire panel of my door got soaked, I feel like the ordering system is much quicker with a human on the other end.

First off, the AI taking orders is horrible. Hire a real person. The food quality has gone down hill as well as the portion size. they have changed to a small shorter food container which doesn't allow for a full serving to be placed in each slot. I belive the original size of the portion was 8oz it is now cut down to 6oz, but the price has gone up 4%.

Almost no food to serve at 10:20pm!!They close at 11pm but they’re already closing their kitchen almost a hour early.So go early if you want to eat, you apparently don’t get the full menu options if you go at 10pm or later.I usually like this place, so rather disappointing

This Panda Express has a person answering the drive through, not an AI. I much prefer it that way, we should not lose the human interaction which makes a more positive customer experience. Food was good as well.

Management tells employees to skimp on shrimp but the standard amount is supposed to be 7-8 pieces per serving. Dishonest location- go to another location to get your money’s worth. They will serve you as little food as possible.

This place once was friendly, had great customer service. This place now is NOT customer friendly I order food didn't want the nuts in food. They told me no they wouldn't fo it. So I lefted went to glade rd location in Euless where they were accomdating.def won't
