“O.M.G. I just moved back to this side of DFW and suggested we "give this place a try" to my husband (I'm from Chicago and he's from New York) and we both absolutely loved it! He went and picked up the order and came home and told me how he loved that everyone was super friendly and even knew the name of a customer that walked in while he was there. “HIDDEN GEM! Thank the Yelp gods for guiding us to this spot because it was a 10/10. Me and my family were looking for an affordable place to eat that also had great food to offer so after some research, we saw the great reviews at Valentino’s and decided to give it a shot. At first glance, I did wonder if I accidentally sent us to a bar in hopes of food. But we were welcomed in (warmly) and sat & once we laid eyes on the menu we quickly got over ourselves. The staff recommended us a specialty Texas sized pizza and a wings special. I don’t know how else to convey how good the food was other than to show you our table post feast. We TORE it up—hot, fresh, delicious. All the while, we listened to the best music (may be biased because it was pretty close to me and my husband’s personal playlists) and the vibes were high. “AMAZING ….Had dinner on Thursday with my Sister and the food / service was AMAZING. My Sister and I couldn’t stop talking about how good everything was. The pizza buffet was fresh and tasty along with fantastic service.I would also like to mention the gentleman removing the dirty dishes and cleaning the tables. He was very thorough and has an amazing attitude. You could tell from speaking with him that he loves his job and enjoys helping others.In my opinion this is the BEST Cicis Pizza location in the metroplex.“

What’s more important is the customer service. They are friendly and professional. I noticed a good just got done delivery pizza and she held the door open for me and hopped in the register to take my order. I was impressed. “We walked in and the bartender/server John greeted us, asked if it was our first time there (it was) and explained everything to us. I ordered a Bloody Mary and he said "You won't be disappointed." And I wasn't. Bloody Mary is my drink of choice and he made the PERFECT Bloody Mary, the best I've had. The food was great and he provided the best service.
