This subway is always a good stop on our way home. We ordered our sandwich a little early (on the app) so our sandwiches were sitting a while (again, on us), once we got our sandwiches, they were excellent. Fresh, good balance of condiments and not at all soggy or cold. Will definitely keep coming back.

Manager treats workers like shit she's rude and disrespectful to customers she yells and neglects her staff in front of customers tried to buy a sandwich for my sister she gave attitude and tried to make my sister throw her sandwich if u don't have common decency for ur work place or respect and good customer service u shouldn't be working at a fast food or any restaurant in fact food wasn't good either never again!

Usually i don't leave reviews, especially at fast food places but this experience deserves to be documented. First of all, shortly after walking into the building i had to walk out again to make sure they were even open. I don't expect much walking into a subway but what i do expect is for there to be workers at the counter at least? But no, i stood at the counter waiting for a good 7 minutes before ANYONE came to the front to help me. Not to mention, the whole time i was waiting i was being deafened by awful music BLASTING in the back. I wouldn't even call it music because every other word was profanity and they're extremely lucky my children weren't with me. Now, after finally being "greeted" i look down and see one of the biggest cockroaches i have ever seen in my life on the floor almost touching my foot. It was dead, but still not sure if that makes it better or worse. The women at the counter spoke maybe 10 words to me at the most. And on top of that, i was also given a few eye rolls! I have never once in my life been so disappointed and honestly disgusted in a fast food place. My hopes are never too high when getting food and i always try to give people the benefit of the doubt because i worked in the fast food industry for over 5 years and i understand that people have bad days. But i do expect you to at least give me why i came for in a timely manner considering i'm paying you. I will NEVER being going back to this subway and i'm sorry to anyone that has to.

My family tried to go eat at 9 pm on tonight (it's Sunday) when Google and there hour sign on the door said they're open until 10 but doors were locked. Might want to correct the hours for future reference! Very disappointed.
