Very disappointing experience, ordered ahead in app, picked up order and they had forgotten all the fries is the order!Then after opening them, this is what we found: burnt burgers! I don’t know if they reheated them or what…?And spent $40 on the order!Normally very satisfied, so this was a little rare.

Young lady at drive-thru was having a conversation with someone else and me at the same time.....she kept saying, "Huh, what? Could you repeat that?"My order was accurate though. My burger was HOT and Fresh??Eye contact is essential!!I will come back, but FOCUS will you??

I waited 30 minutes for a burger. They still didn’t get the order right. This is the most inefficient Whataburger I have ever been to.
my food was slow but correct so I have no complaints. However, the Sh it show put on by your night Sunday night manager was pretty bad. She was taking heat for mistakes (leaders job). Instead of owning it, she decided to yell at whole staff so that the entire dining room could hear. Then kept yelling nothing that mattered.
