Shopped here for years but never ate there. We ordered a turkey & chopped brisket sandwiches she asked if we wanted pickles & onions we said yes when we got our order it was potatoes with turkey & one with brisket. Diffintly not the sandwiches we ordered. The sauce on them tasted like sweet tomato sauce. Don't think we will eat here again. Didn't get what we ordered and what we did get we couldn't eat because of the sweet tomato sauce all over it. Wasted money.

1st time there and so much Fresh meat. You can buy different size packages with an assortment of meat. Their sausages are great.

No visit to Bellville is complete without a stop at BMM. The butchery is out of this world and the BBQ take-away are fantastic but our fave find is their breakfast tacos!! I've snuck there twice this week instead of cooking breakfast for the family! The brisket breakfast taco is FANTASTIC!

I have been going to Bellville for over 10 years but they have gone down hill. Three years in a row they have messed my order up and I am having to throw away 60 packs of sausage now.Three years ago they failed to mix the burger twice which made it inconsistent. I called them sent pictures. They made it right and replaced it. Just cost me an hour of driving. Last year they put jalapeños in both the hot dogs and the sausage. My order didn’t have jalapenos in either. Again they replaced it I just had to drive an hour to get it.Well this year it’s been a whole other issue. I have brought them 3 deer. One in December and two un January. Had three cheese and sweet chipotle done both times. We are about 12 packs in from both kinds and both batches and we have found Bone fragments in every pack. Not only have I almost cracked my tooth but my kids and wife. I can’t make it up. Every pack! Even found it in the summer sausage and have had it in the burger….. all three animals we are going to have to toss because you can’t eat it…So I called up there and the response I got is: “well sometimes you can get a couple pieces of bone from the shot.” I tried to tell them it couldn’t have been but the kid didn’t get it. All three deer were shot with a Bow. I cleaned them all and there were no broken bones.So either they are not being careful to remove the bones before grinding the meat or they are giving us someone else’s animals who shot them with a rifle. I was loyal. Spent $1,500 on processing all to go in the trash. Just wish they still took pride in it like they used to.

My husband and I stopped for lunch. We were looking for venison sausage, but they didn't have any. What a bummer. But the boudin and hot pork tamales are amazing!!! I liked the jalapeño sausage as well!!!

My family has been using this meat market for years to process our deer. Today was the first time I have ever eaten here and it was a good experience! When you walk the smell is amazing and it all looks so clean. There are plenty of people working so the wait isn’t long. You have to sit outside to eat there so make sure it’s a nice day when you go. We had 2 baked potatoes, one w sliced sausage 1/2 jalapeño and 1/2 chipotle the other potato has sliced brisket. Both were delicious but I like the sausage one best bc it had more sauce on it. The Mac and cheese was awesome and super hot. I bought a 1/2 pecan1/2 coconut mini pie, do t waste your money on that. No flavor and very dry. Over all this place was great and I’ll go back!
