The counter worker who took our order never even greeted us. Rolled her eyes when we ordered. And acted like she was completely put out by “working” in this establishment. I do not know her name but she had on a necklace with a “M” on it.The burger was nothing to write home about. And the fries were burnt. Won’t be back. They need employee training STAT.

We go up to Brenham three a week and when do we always stop in Bellville at The Hill and it’s always been great till this past Thursday. When I took the wrapper off so I could start eating my hamburger the bread was almost all soggy. So I went back inside to ask them to replace the bun with new one. The lady at the register and a lady right by her were both very and professional and both apologized for it. Then older lady with short blonde hair step in and said; Well it was not that way before. She was quite rude about it and even more rude about when I ask for fresh toasted bun. I had not even left the restaurant yet; So to me there no reason for her rude attitude. I just she is not he owner or the manager there. If she is; then she needs to a class on how to treat customers. One other thing the restaurant has 1 bathroom right behind the restaurant. It is filthy/ nasty looking floor / nasty sink.

We visited this restaurant on a Thursday night around 7:30. I ordered popcorn shrimp salad. My sisters ordered a catfish sandwich with tater tots and a burger with sweet potato fries. Everything was amazing. If you visit Bellville, try this place! You’ll be glad you did.
