I ordered a small chocolate milkshake with my meal. I was handed a very white looking shake. I said, "I'm so sorry, but this was supposed to be chocolate." She assured me it was. I said, "Does it look chocolate to you?" She said, "No, but they look like that sometimes." I was skeptical, but said, "ok, thank you." She looked at me like I was crazy. Guess what flavor I'm drinking?? Definitely not chocolate.Do better Belton McDonald's.
Kathleen D. Was amazing! She was very sweet and polite and helped with all of our questions. We had gone to the McDonald's on 31st st. In temple and it's only 7:30, the lobby was closed and when I called the person who answered was so rude. I would highly recommend this McDonald's in Belton!! The food is great, clean building, and very sweet employees!!!

Ended up ordering on the app (April 8th 2024 around 7:40), went to pick up an order, received part of our order (missing two cheeseburgers), went back and they gave me basic burgers (bread, patty, condiments). Missing the cheese or pickles.
