Definitely disappointing. Food and drinks were good, but the place itself was very unpleasant. Not very clean and they havent done anything to make the place look appealing. They dont have steamed buns anymore!

Needs to be faster waited 37 mins for 3 drinks and a waffle that not even home made “frozen” .. over price I think I might stick to my “lazy boba” might come back in a few months and see if they change or not. Then they just assume I wanted my tea cold didn't ask if I wanted ice .. wanted it

When this place was Tea Luck, it was good... Divine even. Now its garbage, disgusting. The only thing that is good here are the steamed buns- and theyre taking them away. Dissapointing. Waste of money.

Only complaint was that I couldnt finish my plate, the food was amazing and the servings sizes were huge, highly recommend coming here for to treat yourself to a filling meal.

The food and drinks are absolutely delicious. I had the Nutella toast, and it was absolutely fantastic. So rich and flavorful. The new store is beautiful and spacious. The only slight downside is the staffing. I'm not sure if the store is understaffed but 30 minutes for two orders was a little bit too long. Very friendly and helpful nonetheless. Just didn't expect to be waiting so long.
They are the best!! They pushed out a 7 drink order in less than 5mins. I think that deserves a metal I will definitely be back because the drink options are like perfect . The inside of this building is like a great place to have a first date

I did not try the boba so I cannot speak to that.I visited during the summer and the A/C was not sufficient for the building. I ordered a panini that turned out to be a $6 ham and cheese sandwich on toast that took 20 minutes to come out. I also ordered a frappe and the milk tasted curdled/expired. I took maybe 2 sips and couldn’t finish it. The inside has a cool vibe going but there were boxes and things covering an entire area that could have been bar seating. I also had a hard time locating this place and finding parking. I sadly wouldn’t go back and wouldn’t recommend it.
