“I love the people here, in 2022 we renovated the property and I needed to use the restroom at multiple times during the hot summer.3508 was the only suite that let me use their restroom and they were very nice even though I didn't buy anything.You should visit them they seem to really care about their customers.Parking: Plenty of parking“

“It's a Waffle house.....just didn't like the fact that I bought $5 dollars in coins for the jukebox and couldn't hear the music I selected!! Asked if they could turn it up a little...but was told that it was turned down because some other customers complained about it!?!? Never going back to this locationfor sure.“

“Your classic local friendly cafe right here. I had the pulled pork breakfast tacos with their house BBQ sauce and it was wonderful. For the price and what you get, definitely a great value. Combined with welcoming staff and great food, I recommend coming anytime!“

“The chorizo and egg breakfast tacos are the excellent. They are not greasy and the pick corn tortilla complements it perfectly. The chile con carne taco is excellent as well. They employees are very friendly. This is my go to for breakfast tacos. No one does it better.“

“Today the young lady at the cash register was not very polite at all had my hand out to collect my change she let it all drop to the counter and walked away with an attitude. Face reading as if she was completely over being here for the day. I never received this type of service before and I come here damn near everyday so I'm not pleased at all. Hope it gets better.“

“Literally one of my favorite places to have breakfast. The pancakes and crepes are awesome, we drive from 15 miles away to go here LOL.The only thing I do not recommend is the German pancake. My buddy and I ordered those a couple of months ago and both of us got sick. The bottom of that German pancake is not pancake texture. It's more like flan. Whatever it is we won't be having any more of those.“

“First time at first watch and I have to say that it was one of the best breakfast I’ve had since I have been in the US. The Farmhouse Hash Skillet was very tasty, the pancakes tasted as fluffy as a sponge cake and the multi grain bread was soft and fresh. Service was on point the coffee was great. “Went in for our first time on Sunday 4/21 for brunch. Added our family to the waitlist online which was game changer. We were seated promptly about 15 minutes upon arrival. The host was very sweet, she had short, dark hair but I can’t remember her name. The atmosphere was really cool, and our server, Molly was the best! Our food was delicious, the wait was a little longer but that’s expected with how busy they were. The host sent over a strawberry shortcake pancake on the house which was so kind and made our day. Everything was absolutely delicious! The mimosas were great, and overall we just had such a wonderful experience. Our new family favorite brunch spot!“

“I am sooooo in love with the batter that is house made with the French toast!! The place has more of an old school vibe and is perfect for a cheap bite after church. The servers are police and have been working there for decades! I will be back!“

“The food was awesome. I highly recommend. I got the monte cristo and it was delicious. We will have to go back to try the pancakes. I hear they are delicious. Service was spot on. Our waitress was very sweet and on the spot with drinks and anything we needed. We will defiantly be going back the next time we’re in Ft Worth.Parking: The parking is fine. Right now the main road is under construction so it was a little difficult getting into the restaurant.Kid-friendliness: They offer a kids menu with 5 or 6 different choices if I recall correctly.Wheelchair accessibility: It is ground floor with plenty of seating that can accommodate wheelchairs“

“Place was pretty cool as it's an old Fort Worth Fire Station. You have to enter through the building connected to the left, and take the elevators to the 2nd floor. The sandwich was delicious but a bit pricey. For the price, I'd expect a much bigger sandwich or side/drink to be included. Staff was quick and the cook double checked with me on what condiments I wanted on the sandwich, just to make sure he was making it correctly. I'll be back to try the breakfast and a few other sandwiches.“

“I got the OG, coffee, and the cinnamon roll. Man... that special sauce is something else! It was so, so good. Three piece of thick bacon, think slice of cheddar cheese, and an egg. The egg yolk was perfectly jammy and the brioche bun was a solid choice for these sandwiches. The cinnamon roll was good. I wish it had a bit warmer, but it was still fantastic. 10 outta 10, would go again!“

“We were here at about 2 pm. On a Tuesday.Staff was very busy moping, stocking and refilled condiments, etc. Getting ready for the next shift mostly.However, they were all smiling and kidding with each other and customers. This appears to be a happy place to work and to visit.The service was excellent and the food was very delicious!.Thanks to the staff for making this an enjoyable place to be! And also thank you to management. Allowing staff to not be under pressure ( as some places are) makes it better for all ! ?“
