First I have to say the food was great no complaints on that however we probably will not be back because of the time it takes for them to get your food to you which in our case was about 20 min. They have 2 people working they have a inside counter to wait on people and a drive thru and it seems the drive thru gets priority over walk ins. I really wish I had seen the review 3 hours before I went to this location. My son just found long black hairs in his sandwich. When I sat down to eat my sandwich I found one long black hair in the lettuce in my sandwich. At this point it seems intentional. I didn't bother calling because I'm not going to drive back through Benbrook anytime soon for a remake or a gift card. Don't waste your money here. It's disgusting.

I never leave 1 star reviews, however I found strips of plastic in my sandwich. Yes they stretch before they tear. I feel like my 15% tip shouldn't have been given to the employeesI posted pictures of the actual plastic, and the photos say pending.....hope yall get to see them !
