Bowled here many many times. For the most part it’s a fair place to bowl, other than being hot!!Tonight I payed for an hour and was only able to bowl 40 minutes of it due to one time the ball didn’t return after informing staff. And then for 4 minutes it just kept resetting the pins and knocking them down again.Went to buy another bear and the register was down.. Terrible experience!

I recently had the pleasure of taking my nieces and nephews to Bowl-A-Rama an it was an absolute blast! Despite a crowded Saturday night (with six birthday parties in full swing) the staff, especially the night manager Ashley, made our experience great.When one of our lanes encountered technical issues (which, let's face it, can happen to the best of places), Ashley went above and beyond to ensure our evening wasn't disrupted. Ashley not only resolved the technical hiccup swiftly but also took the time to make sure we were comfortably set up on the new lane.It was great night out with the kids, and we'll definitely be back.

There's only two things to do in big spring, the movies or bowling and this place is the better of the two. Staff is funny and friendly and the food they serve is surprisingly very good. The place is clean and has a great environment. Fun for all ages so go visit

The bowling center did not assist the tournament director with any issues we had with the lanes and were not very courteous.

Terrible… had to switch lanes 3 times waited over 45 minutes on a pizza we ordered for them to tell me they just put it in the oven because they forgot about it. We paid for an hour and the lane was broke down for 15 minutes of it. Not the best experience by far!

This place is AWESOME in every way. Stellar treatment of their customers...to the point that you realize they are purposely LOOKING for ways to offer a helping hand. We were struggling with small children and ..without us asking...they appeared! Pizza box, lane holders, perfect sized bowling balls. Just amazing. Food is also good. It's clean. They're WANTING your business. Go there!
