Despite a crowded Saturday night (with six birthday parties in full swing) the staff, especially the night manager Ashley, made our experience great.When one of our lanes encountered technical issues (which, let's face it, can happen to the best of places), Ashley went above and beyond to ensure our evening wasn't disrupted. Ashley not only resolved the technical hiccup swiftly but also took the time to make sure we were comfortably set up on the new lane.It was great night out with the kids, and we'll definitely be back.“
